The Hays Family
Hello world! We are a family of 6 who LOVE exploring the globe! Joran grew up in the Netherlands to missionary parents - traveling all over Europe and USA in his youth. Alana grew up in Philadelphia, PA - her love of travel began the first time she visiting Joran's family in the Netherlands. They traveled to Paris and Germany and she was hooked! Since then, their two biological children have to a new country every year. Their two younger children (who they are in the process of adopting through foster care) have joined them on their domestic travels but are awaiting adoption day so they can begin to travel internationally as a family! Their goal is to save up for a family gap year - hitting all seven continents in 12 months. This is the biggest item on our family's bucket list (aside from completing our adoption) - come break the list with us!
